Just some quick notes:
“Why don’t (you) send her to serve[r] some drinks at the pub over there?”
“Why is he taking this (out) on me?”
“Although I did pick up a fight” Replacing “pick up” with “get into” would maybe sound better. Right now it almost sounds like he’s saying that he picked the fight, implying that he started it.
(word/letter) means it needs to be added whereas [word/letter] needs to be removed.
